Huge Federal Court Ruling Will Allow TX to Ban Abortions in Midst of Pandemic

A federal court has made a big decision in midst of the global pandemic.

They have ruled that the state of Texas can temporarily prohibit all abortions during the coronavirus crisis, with the only exception being if the mother's life or health is in danger.

The federal appeal's court tossed aside a lower court decision that was attempting to block Texas from enforcing the temporary abortion ban.

Last month Texas had instituted a ban on any procedure that is not "immediately medically necessary."

Of course liberals lost their minds.

More from Politico:

A federal appeals court on Tuesday affirmed Texas' right to ban nearly all abortions during the coronavirus pandemic, in what it described as a "drastic and extraordinary" move based on arguments that states can limit constitutional rights during emergencies.
A divided three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals threw out a lower court ruling blocking the ban — one of a series of recent abortion curbs enacted by conservative-led states on the grounds abortion is not a medically necessary procedure. The order builds on a temporary stay of the District Court ruling that the 5th Circuit issued on March 31.

Planned Parenthood's Texas affiliate's attorneys announced on Tuesday they will be asking the Supreme Court to intervene in the case.

“This is not the last word — we will take every legal action necessary to fight this abuse of emergency powers," declared Nancy Northup, the president of the Center for Reproductive Rights.

The fact that abortions have been deemed not immediately medically necessary during the pandemic has sent liberals over the edge.

They claim that "people don't stop needing abortions just because there's a pandemic."

But in reality, they just want the option to murder innocent babies so they can be "comfortable" and not have to worry about the consequences of their actions.
