A Laughing Hillary Clinton Pays Tribute to Gov. Cuomo, Not Fallen Troops, in Memorial Day Tweet

It's party time for Hillary! The failed 2016 Democratic presidential nominee posted a Memorial Day tribute on Monday, but not to who you'd think.

Instead of honoring the fallen servicemen and women who sacrificed themselves for our country, Hillary instead paid tribute to fellow Democrat New York Governor Cuomo.

Hillary posted an old photo of her and Bill laughing hysterically with Cuomo, and praised him “for making responsible decisions to keep people safe."

Memorial Day comes as the nation marks 100,000 deaths attributed to the COVID-19 Chinese coronavirus pandemic. New York was the state hit worst by the outbreak, reporting over 29,000 deaths related to the virus.

Here's Hillary's tweet:

“I’m missing our Chappaqua Memorial Day parade today while also feeling grateful to leaders like @NYGovCuomo for making responsible decisions to keep people safe. Wishing everyone a safe and healthy holiday. @BillClinton and I will be waving our flags at home.”

The American people did not react kindly to Hillary's post, and many brought up Cuomo's decision to send coronavirus patients to nursing homes, which resulted in mass deaths of senior citizens.

Perhaps the best response came from Scott Presler: "You’re also missing the White House, but we social distanced you back in 2016.”
